Talent Acquisition Specialist (Skopje)

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand what kind of people we need (not just what’s written in the JD)
• Source candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, creative approaches)
• Screen and interview candidates, focusing on both skills and mindset
• Manage and take ownership of the full recruitment process- from first contact to offer
• Organize and coordinate technical interviews, collaborating with technical interviewers to ensure quality and consistency
• Work for international markets and teams
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process
• Support and improve our employer branding and hiring practices
• Bring ideas on how we can hire smarter, faster, and better
• Stay informed about IT terminology, industry trends, and emerging technologies to communicate effectively with candidates and clients
  

Who are you:

• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
• Experience in the international IT market and undestanding of candidate expectations
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to understand and evaluate people, not just roles
• Organized and able to handle multiple positions at the same time
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
