\u2022Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc

\u2022Screening candidates resumes and job applications
<\/div>

\u2022Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

<\/div>
\u2022Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022Onboarding new employees to become fully integrated
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

\u2022Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements<\/h3>\u2022College degree in human resources, business administration or related field, plus a minimum of 1\-year IT recruiting experience, preferably in IT company.

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022Effective convincing / negotiation skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022Able to work as part of a team, managing a large and varied workload.<\/span><\/span>
