Talent Attraction Analyst
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, proactively source and interview candidates, and select top talent. You will implement and refine global talent attraction strategies, leverage AI and other technologies to streamline sourcing, and track recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring funnel. You will represent the company to candidates and collaborate with hiring managers, marketing, and leadership to strengthen employer branding and improve hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles focusing on high-demand talent
- Actively source, interview, and select exceptional candidates using innovative tools and methods
- Represent the company as the first point of contact and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide strategic recruitment insights
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel
- Innovate and utilize technology including AI tools to streamline sourcing and selection processes
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen employer branding and align it with hiring strategies
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes and implement best practices
Requirements
- Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection with success closing senior-level roles
- Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills using global platforms and recruitment tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, automations, or process optimizations in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies
- Startup or scale-up mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic high-growth landscape
