TALENT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE [INZ-003-05]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth
  • Identify learning and development needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback, and skills gap analysis
  • Develop engaging training materials, workshops, and learning resources tailored to different roles and levels
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align talent development strategies with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career progression
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends and best practices to continuously improve programme quality and impact

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
  • Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
