As our Talent Enablement Partner, you will:
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences that help employees and managers build practical skills in areas such as communication, feedback, performance, leadership, and professional development.
- Coordinate and support talent enablement programs, including scheduling, participant communications, attendance tracking, session logistics, and follow-up activities.
- Create and maintain learning materials, presentations, guides, templates, job aids, frequently asked questions, and internal documentation that simplify complex concepts and support skill development.
- Support learning platform activities, including course creation, enrollment management, completion tracking, reporting, and content updates.
- Act as a trusted learning partner for the Talent team and internal stakeholders, helping identify learning needs and recommending effective enablement approaches.
- Recommend and adapt learning formats, communication approaches, and enablement strategies based on audience needs and desired outcomes while continuously improving learning experiences through feedback and learner insights.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, training, facilitation, education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences in virtual, in-person, or hybrid environments.
- Strong learning content development and communication skills, with the ability to transform complex concepts into practical and engaging learning materials.
- Strong organizational skills and practical knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, learning experience design, or enablement best practices.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience supporting manager development, employee growth, or professional skills development programs.
- Experience administering learning platforms or supporting digital and self-paced learning experiences.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French to collaborate with our international teams.
