Job Description:
We are hiring an Talent Intelligence Architect (Agency Recruiter) to help unlock one of our platform’s most exciting opportunities: building high-quality searches and candidate pipelines at scale. In this role, you will collaborate with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and our MCP-powered agents to explore new approaches, surface top talent, and shape how our platform delivers value.
This is a hands-on, builder-style role for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability startup culture, embraces creative problem-solving, and wants to make a visible impact on the success of our customers’ recruiting efforts. You'll work across dozens of customer hiring organizations simultaneously, identifying what makes searches succeed or fail at scale.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Search Optimization: Lead the improvement of talent search effectiveness to drive better outcomes for customers.
- Synthesizing JDs at Speed: Read, decompose, and translate a wide variety of job descriptions, from niche engineering roles to executive searches, into precise Findem search attributes and queries within minutes, not hours.
- Operating AI Tools as Your Daily Workbench: Use Claude, ChatGPT, and Findem's MCP integrations to draft, refine, and pressure-test searches. Develop prompt patterns and reusable workflows that the rest of the team can adopt.
- Cross-Customer Intelligence: Synthesize search outcomes and pipeline quality data across multiple hiring organizations to surface repeatable patterns, failure modes, and platform improvement opportunities.
- Identifying Platform Opportunities: Spot patterns in user activity and feed structured, prioritized insights to Product and Engineering.
- Driving Customer Outcomes: Partner with engineering, customer success, and product teams to identify areas to prove value and turn customers into power users.
- Reporting and Communication: Translate findings into crisp, decision-ready updates for internal stakeholders
- Staying on the Frontier: Track new AI tooling, MCP servers, and prompt techniques and bring the best ideas back into the workflow.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
-
- Fluency with AI Tools: Daily, hands-on use of Claude, ChatGPT, and ideally exposure to MCPs (Model Context Protocol) or agentic workflows. You can show concrete examples of how you have used these tools to compress hours of work into minutes.
- Recruiting or Sourcing Background: 5+ years in agency recruiting, in-house sourcing, RPO, or talent research. Agency or RPO background is preferred because you're already wired to think in patterns across clients, not just optimize for one. You have prior exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition software.
- Rapid JD Synthesis: A track record of taking unfamiliar role briefs across functions, industries, and seniority levels and quickly producing relevant, high-quality candidate slates.
- Analytical Instincts: Strong command of advanced Excel or Google Sheets to track outcomes and uncover patterns in search performance across customer segments, industries, and role types. SQL or NoSQL experience is a significant advantage.
- Benchmarking and Calibration: demonstrated ability to calibrate candidate quality standards across industries, company stages, and function types.
- Startup Operator Mindset: Comfort in ambiguity, a bias toward shipping, and a habit of spotting broken workflows and fixing them without being asked. You want to own and build upon a critical piece of platform functionality, not be handed a queue.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Bonus points
-
- Advanced AI Workflow Experience: Experience building or maintaining prompt libraries, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or MCP-based workflows.
- Executive Recruiting: Hands-on experience sourcing and placing senior leaders or C-suite executives, with a track record of managing complex market maps for a variety of industries.
- Startup Background: Experience operating inside a high-growth SaaS or HR technology startup.
