Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Talent Mobility Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Mobility Technology Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the implementation, management, and optimization of Toyota’s Global Mobility Management technology solution.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will serve as a key resource to the Talent Mobility team, ensuring our systems, processes, and integrations enable a seamless experience for relocating team members and supporting Toyota’s broader business and talent priorities.

This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you’ll be doing
Configure, maintain, and optimize the Global Mobility Management technology platform.
Collaborate with external technology providers and internal HRIS teams (including Workday) to establish and maintain system integrations.
Establish workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support Talent Mobility processes.
Conduct budget and data analysis, including forecasting and trend reporting, to support decision-making.
Audit invoices and vendor billing; design and implement automation to streamline invoice review and approval.
Develop standard communications and reporting capabilities.
Support and improve ticketing and inquiry management processes.
Develop and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and technical configurations.
Assist with the development of cost estimate processes, reporting, and policy-driven technology solutions.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance system functionality.
Provide updates on mobility technology activity, usage, and enhancements.
Participate in other projects as needed to advance Talent Mobility’s goals.
What you bring
Familiarity with the global mobility lifecycle, including assignments and relocations
Experience working with HR technology platforms, preferably in mobility, HRIS, or related systems
Strong problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Excellent presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR equivalent professional work experience that is relevant to this position
Added bonus if you have
Experience implementing or managing mobility technology platforms
Experience with data auditing, forecasting, or vendor invoice reconciliation
Familiarity with tax cost estimates, relocation policies, or mobility-related communications
GMS or GMS-T certification
