Talent Partner

Accurx is solving healthcare productivity for the NHS.

For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care.

What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices.

Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book, which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.

We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be.

Sounds great - what part do I play?

As a Talent Partner, you'll own the full-cycle recruitment journey for our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Enabling functions. You will act as a trusted, strategic partner to our hiring managers, ensuring we maintain a high talent bar, move with urgency, and deliver a transparent, respectful candidate experience that inspires everyone who applies. We're a team of 7 who collaborate daily, hold each other to a high standard and are truly passionate about hiring excellence.

  • Full-cycle ownership: Running your own requisitions from start to finish - from the initial kickoff brief, sourcing, and screening, through to final offers, negotiations, and handing over to our People team for onboarding.

  • Strategic stakeholder partnership: Acting as a true partner to hiring managers rather than a CV sender, advising them on role scoping, process optimisation, and candidate evaluation.

  • Proactive talent acquisition: Actively hunting for high-calibre, diverse talent for immediate hires and forward-planning talent pipelines, rather than just waiting for applications to land.

  • Fair process design: Structuring data-driven interview processes and scorecards that ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluations and a great candidate experience, regardless of outcomes.

  • Data-driven optimisation: Leveraging hiring metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and continually improve our talent strategy.

  • AI-powered efficiency: Safely and effectively embedding AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate sourcing, screening, drafting, and administrative tasks.

  • Cross-functional People projects: Contributing to wider talent initiatives such as employer branding, process fixes, hiring manager training, and running community events or meetups.

You should apply if...

  • You're an experienced talent partner: you independently own full-cycle recruitment, ideally across a variety of roles with a focus on the commercial or operations side of things

  • You can find the very best: you love hunting for great talent and know how to build highly engaged talent pipelines from scratch.

  • Data is your go-to: you're comfortable pulling your own metrics to spot problems, diagnose bottlenecks, and back up your talent decisions.

  • You like to build: You thrive in a scale-up environment and understand what day-to-day growth pace feels.

  • You work is enabled by AI: you're familiar with using LLMs (like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT) to speed up sourcing, drafting, and admin work in the hiring process.

  • You know your way around an ATS and sourcing tools: We can teach you our ATS (Ashby) but you need to be familiar with LinkedIn (and ideally Metaview)

  • You align deeply with our core company principles: you are a driver, move with urgency, and are relentlessly resourceful.
