We are building a talent pool for an upcoming Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform modernization and upgrade project within a large-scale enterprise environment.

The initiative focuses on upgrading and modernizing an existing ECM ecosystem, ensuring continued vendor support, improved security, enhanced platform stability, and long-term scalability while preserving existing business processes and integrations.

The project includes the assessment of the current environment, design of the target architecture, implementation of new environments, migration of applications and content, testing, validation, and production deployment.

Depending on your background and expertise, you may contribute to activities such as:

• Analyzing existing ECM platforms, repositories, and integrations;
• Designing future-state architecture and technical solutions;
• Supporting environment setup and platform implementation;
• Migrating applications, workflows, content, and security configurations;
• Performing technical assessments and impact analyses;
• Supporting testing and validation activities;
• Ensuring business continuity during transition and go-live;
• Producing project and technical documentation;
• Collaborating with infrastructure, security, compliance, testing, and business teams;
• Supporting platform stabilization and optimization after deployment.

We are interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Technical Competencies

• Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms;
• Document and records management systems;
• Workflow and business process management solutions;
• Platform upgrade and migration projects;
• Application and system integration;
• Content and metadata migration;
• Enterprise application architecture;
• Infrastructure and high-availability environments;
• Identity and access management;
• Testing and validation methodologies;
• Performance optimization and troubleshooting.

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Experience with GxP environments and Computer System Validation (CSV).

Knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink integration.

Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in regulated environments.

IBM certifications related to FileNet or WebSphere.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise ECM environments.
