JOB SUMMARY
As a Talent Sourcer, you will identify and engage top technical specialists, develop sourcing strategies, and build high‑quality talent pipelines for our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires creativity, persistence, and a strong understanding of the IT market.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a talent sourcer, researcher, recruiter, or completed recruitment courses
At least strong intermediate English
Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Awareness of key roles within the IT outsourcing industry
Familiarity with technology trends and programming languages
Knowledge of sourcing methods, tools, and search techniques
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
High level of self-organization, responsibility, and creativity
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct multi-channel candidate search (professional networks, social media, job portals, internal databases, etc.)
Build and maintain strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Develop and support a network of high-quality candidates
Initiate first contact and maintain communication with candidates
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team
Continuously expand your toolkit by mastering new sourcing techniques and platforms
Propose creative, data-driven, and result-oriented ideas that can boost sourcing efficiency and improve pipeline quality
