Tax Accountant

About the role

We are currently seeking a talented Tax professional to join our team at Elders on a permanent, full-time basis.

The roles form part of the Elders Tax team and play a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of all tax compliance and reporting obligations across the Group.

The team is collaborative, values-driven, and committed to supporting Elders’ national operations through sound tax governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax accounting and statutory reporting
• Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, FBT, and income tax returns
• Support the Tax Manager and wider Tax team
• Contribute to process improvements and team projects

About you

• Accounting/Finance degree (working towards CA/CPA preferred)
• Experience in tax, understanding core tax concepts
• Eager to learn, collaborative, and detail-focused
• Familiarity with CCH Integrator or similar software advantageous
