TCM Therapist

Job Summary

You will deliver professional therapeutic massage and TCM wellness treatments tailored to customer needs, maintain treatment room hygiene, uphold service quality, and support daily outlet operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional body massage and wellness therapy services to meet customer health and relaxation needs
• Perform Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments based on individual customer requirements
• Recommend appropriate wellness treatments and packages to enhance customer satisfaction and wellness outcomes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to comply with health and safety standards
• Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism to ensure a comfortable and positive customer experience
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols consistently
• Assist with daily outlet operations to support smooth business functioning when required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in massage therapy, wellness, or TCM-related services
• Ability to communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
