Lakewood Childcare Center in Lakewood, Ohio - Hours: TBD M-F
Old Brooklyn Childcare Center in Cleveland, Ohio - Hours: TBD M-F
North Olmsted Childcare Center in North Olmsted, Ohio - Hours: 9am - 5:30pm M-F
Cascade Childcare Center in Elyria, Ohio - Hours: 9am - 6pm M-F
South Lorain Childcare Center in Lorain, Ohio - Hours: 9am-6pm M-F
Wage Information: Full-time hourly position commensurate with experience, training, and education. Pay Rate Range: $14.00 to 15.50 per hour.
CPL 1 $14.00 per hour / CPL 2 and up $15.50 per hour

Job Description:

Works with the Lead Teacher to prepare and implement the daily lesson plans and ensures a high level of interaction with children

Responsible for the care and supervision of children and classroom management at all times in accordance with licensing standards and best practices

Work independently with a small group of children and as part of a team with other teachers, leads, center staff and the director

Build positive relationships with children, families and other staff members through prompt and accurate response and service, cheerful and professional attitude, and problem-solving spirit

Maintains a clean, safe and emotionally supportive environment that is conducive to learning and is centered on the needs and abilities of the children

Complete and document services provided, such as progress reports, attendance screenings, and assessments as required

Provide functional classroom support and assist with meal service as required

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with personnel and family information
