Role Overview<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>Teachers will be\nresponsible for delivering structured learning experiences, tracking child\nprogress, and engaging students in meaningful learning activities<\/b>. They\nwill also work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity in\neducation. Teachers will be responsible for ensuring personalized learning\nplans, formal, non\-formal and therapeutic education, documentation, and\nholistic student development<\/b> through interactive learning and\nassessment\-based methodologies.<\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>1. Teaching & Student\nSupport<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Conduct daily teaching sessions<\/b> as per the PEP framework in OPD/IPD or in\nschoolrooms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Track children attendance, progress, and reintegration potential<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Provide individualised attention and teaching<\/b> when necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Engage\nstudents in interactive and holistic learning experiences<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct assessments and evaluations<\/b> to monitor student progress.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>2. Parent & Community\nCoordination<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Work\nclosely with parents and caregivers<\/b> for academic continuity.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Sensitize parents and reintegrated home school staff<\/b> on cancer and\npost\-treatment effects<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Assist\nin identifying and filling out scholarship forms<\/b>, ensuring all necessary\ndocuments are collected.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Organize regular parent\-teacher meetings (PTMs)<\/b> to discuss children progress.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Following\-up\nwith children for their reintegration purposes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>3. Documentation &\nReporting<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Maintain vCAN entries<\/b> for all educational and support assistance provided.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate\nwith the SST (Social Support Team)<\/b> for holistic child development.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain all records<\/b> related to attendance, learning progress, diagnostic\nassessments (DA), PEP execution, student evaluations, and individual growth\ntracking<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Submit monthly children progress reports<\/b> to the Project Head/Principal/Head Teacher.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Following\nup with children to know their progress and schooling status.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications &\nExperience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s\nor Master\u2019s degree in Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a\nrelated field<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Minimum 1\-5 years of teaching experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>, preferably in\nremedial or special education.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\nin individualized learning support and student assessment methodologies<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prior\nwork experience with children with health impairments or learning\ndisabilities<\/b> is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul> Operational Duties<\/span><\/b>
