<\/p>- Cultivate meaningful mentoring\n relationships with students through daily interaction and intentional\n discipleship<\/span>
<\/li>- Provide consistent supervision\n while modeling Christ\-like character in all settings<\/span>
<\/li>- Offer spiritual guidance through\n both planned sessions and everyday opportunities<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain a structured and\n respectful environment by administering discipline in accordance with NHCA\n policies<\/span>
<\/li>- Participate faithfully in campus\n life, including chapel services and ministry events<\/span>
<\/li>- Work in unity with staff to\n ensure compliance with Texas DFPS regulations<\/span>

<\/li>- Assist Students with school subjects<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- A clear testimony of faith and\n evidence of spiritual maturity<\/span>
<\/li>- Full agreement with the ATCOT\n mission statement<\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding of Christian\n discipleship and a heart for mentoring youth<\/span>
<\/li>- At least 21 years of age<\/span>
<\/li>- High School Diploma or GED<\/span>
<\/li>- Willingness to complete 30 hours\n of childcare or related training (provided by NHCA)<\/span>
<\/li>- Commitment to maintain First Aid\n and CPR certification (training provided)<\/span>
