- Applicants should be committed Christians, adhering to an evangelical statement of faith, and active in a local church
Job Responsibilities:

- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, respectful, and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Lesson Implementation: Follow provided lesson plans to ensure continuity in learning, adapting as necessary to meet student needs.
- Student Supervision: Oversee student activities and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day, including recess and transitions.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with school staff, administrators, and students to ensure smooth operations and continuity of instruction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance records and track student progress or behavior as required.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to different subjects, grade levels, and student needs, often with little preparation time.
- Behavior Management: Address student behavior issues promptly and fairly, following school policies and procedures.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, respecting the school’s culture, policies, and community values.
