  • Any Bachelor's degree <\/span>

  • 1\-2 yrs of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Lead generation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Team handling experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools.<\/span>

    Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

    • Lead and mentor the Business Development team.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Identify business opportunities across IT, Corporate, Universities, Colleges, and other industries.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Schedule client meetings, present recruitment solutions, and close deals.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Build strong client relationships and coordinate with the recruitment team.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Track sales performance, maintain CRM, and identify new market opportunities.<\/span>
