<\/h3>- Any Bachelor's degree <\/span>
<\/li>- 1\-2 yrs of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Lead generation.<\/span>
<\/li>- Team handling experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools.<\/span>

<\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.<\/span>
<\/li>- Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.<\/span>
<\/li>- Identify business opportunities across IT, Corporate, Universities, Colleges, and other industries.<\/span>
<\/li>- Schedule client meetings, present recruitment solutions, and close deals.<\/span>
<\/li>- Build strong client relationships and coordinate with the recruitment team.<\/span>
<\/li>- Track sales performance, maintain CRM, and identify new market opportunities.<\/span>
