Community Options is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity in our Residential Department for a dedicated and compassionate Team Lead.

We’re looking for a candidate with a flexible schedule who is open to working a variety of shifts, including 3–4 weekends per month (with scheduled days off during the week). In this role, you will work directly with the individuals we support, helping to enhance their quality of life through personalized, high-quality services.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation. You will also play a key role in supporting our supervisors by providing site-specific training, coordinating staff schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and more.

The hourly wage for this position is $19 - $22 an hour, depending on experience (DOE).
