<\/li><\/ul>Overview<\/b>
<\/div>Service New Brunswick (SNB) is seeking an experienced <\/span>Team Lead / Project Manager III<\/b> to support the <\/span>CAMA Renewal and Valuation Enhancements Solution (CRAVES)<\/b> project. This multi\-year digital transformation initiative aims to replace over 20 legacy applications with a modern SaaS\-based Computer\-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) platform integrating GIS, valuation, statistical modelling, business intelligence, and property assessment services.
<\/div>The successful candidate will lead one or more project delivery streams, manage day\-to\-day execution, coordinate cross\-functional teams, and support the overall Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>- Lead assigned project delivery streams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
<\/li> - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, communications, and deliverables.
<\/li> - Support the overall Project Manager in executing the CRAVES implementation roadmap.
<\/li> - Coordinate with vendor Project Managers, technical leads, business teams, and government stakeholders.
<\/li> - Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, and escalate deviations.
<\/li> - Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance sessions, and prepare meeting minutes.
<\/li> - Monitor project progress and provide regular executive status reports.
<\/li> - Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
<\/li> - Maintain RAID logs, action registers, and project documentation.
<\/li> - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
<\/li> - Present project updates to senior leadership and governance committees.
<\/li> - Support organizational change management, communication planning, user manuals, and training materials.
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with the SNB Project Management Framework and governance standards.
<\/li> - Perform additional project management responsibilities as assigned.
<\/li><\/ul>Mandatory Qualifications (M1\u2013M6)<\/b>

<\/div>- Bachelor's degree in:

<\/li>- PMP (Project Management Professional)

<\/li>- Proven leadership of large\-scale enterprise IT projects.
<\/li><\/ul>M3 \u2013 Digital Transformation Experience<\/b>
<\/div>Demonstrated experience delivering <\/span>at least two<\/b> multi\-year enterprise digital transformation initiatives involving:
<\/div>- Full SDLC / project lifecycle
<\/li> - Enterprise software implementation
<\/li> - Technology modernization
<\/li> - Large\-scale IT implementations completed within the last 10 years.
<\/li><\/ul>M4 \u2013 Public Sector Experience<\/b>
