Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team at our new Armadale clinic. About the Role

As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist

  • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT or SP team
  • Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance
  • Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
  • Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care
  • Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes

About You

You’re a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who:

  • Is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role
  • Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and empowering others
  • Is committed to professional excellence and collaborative care
  • Wants to feel valued, supported, and excited about their long-term career path

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy pr Speech Pathology
  • Current AHPRA registration / SPA
  • Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist pr Speech Pathologist
  • Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
