Team Leader

Overview

Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join and lead our new Complex Case team. You will ensure that service users have a safe space to access support and treatment, in a way that best meets their individual needs; this may involve outreach and co-locating where needed.

As a part of the Change Grow Live West Sussex Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Network, you’ll help people get to where they want to be and make a difference in their lives.

The Complex Case Team Leader will manage the implementation and ongoing delivery of this new service.

You will have experience of leading and managing staff, engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions. You will have a main base, but need to be prepared to travel to support your team and work with the wider treatment service.
