SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).

We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader cum Senior Executive for upcoming Urban Infrastructure project.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead and manage planning, architectural, and urban development projects.
  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of master plans, development plans, and town planning schemes.
  • Provide strategic direction for Town Development Schemes (TDS), particularly those involving land pooling mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders for project approvals and execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, zoning laws, and development norms.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including planners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex planning and development issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including coordination with landowners and public agencies.

Profile/Skills

Minimum Qualification

  • Graduation in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Planning
  • Post-Graduation in any field

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience

Minimum Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in:
    • Planning / Architecture / Urban Development
  • Including at least 05 years of experience in:
    • Town Development Schemes (TDS)
    • Projects involving Land Pooling Mechanisms
