We are growing our team based at our Distribution Centre in Highland Park and are looking for talented individuals to join the Princess Polly team. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our Inbound operations at Princess Polly’s Distribution Centre. You’ll be responsible for overseeing receiving, stock processing, team performance and operational efficiency while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll join a collaborative leadership group of Team Leaders and managers who work closely together to support one another, share ideas and drive continuous improvement across the operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a natural people leader who enjoys motivating people, improving processes, and contributing to a high-performing Distribution Centre environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the daily Inbound operation, including receiving, scheduling, unloading and stock processing

  • Manage purchase order schedules to ensure smooth supplier-to-DC coordination

  • Monitor Inbound workflow to ensure stock is processed accurately and within SLA timeframes

  • Report on Team KPIs, stock trends, processing times and performance insights

  • Forecast Inbound volumes and plan Team resources to meet demand

  • Coach, develop and motivate Team members through feedback, onboarding and 1:1s

  • Run daily Team briefings and maintain clear, engaging communication

  • Identify and drive process improvements to reduce turnaround times and improve accuracy

  • Partner with Inventory, Logistics, Outbound and HQ Teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency

  • Champion WHS standards to maintain a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment

    • What are you looking for:

  • Experience leading Teams in a warehouse or distribution centre environment

  • Knowledge of Inbound operations, inventory management and stock flow processes

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and develop others

  • Confidence working with WMS systems and operational reporting tools

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
