Team Leader - Installation

Team Leadership & Supervision\n\n \u2022 Lead, supervise, and support a team of field engineers and technicians across multiple project sites.\n \u2022 Plan and assign daily tasks, manage work schedules, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\n \u2022 Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior engineers and newly onboarded team members.\n \u2022 Promote adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and established operational procedures.\n \u2022 Ensure timely completion of new customer installations, relocations, and service requests.\n\nTechnical Responsibilities\n \u2022 Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, including routers, switches, base stations, antennas, and fiber\-optic networks.\n \u2022 Conduct site surveys, RF planning, Line\-of\-Sight (LOS) assessments, and signal performance testing.\n \u2022 Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network\-related issues through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\n \u2022 Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including network topology diagrams, test reports, and site audit records.\n \u2022 Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and backend support teams to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.\n\nProject Execution\n \u2022 Lead and actively participate in telecom network deployments, upgrades, and expansion projects.\n \u2022 Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.\n \u2022 Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning activities while ensuring adherence to project schedules.\n \u2022 Perform quality inspections, validate project deliverables, and support final handover and acceptance processes.\n\nRequirements\n\nEducation\n\n \u2022 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
