Job Description

Tasks – Team Leader of Installations

  • Lead and support Supervisors and Site Managers responsible for onsite installation activities, ensuring compliance with processes, standards and procedures within Domain D – Parcel Global Execution EMEA LATAM.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Installations department within the Domain, in coordination with the Group Leader, ensuring effective communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and cover the Group Leader during absences or vacation periods, ensuring operational continuity and decision making.
  • Define and manage resource planning, capacity and allocation per project together with the Group Leader, Domain Team Leaders and project teams.
  • Monitor projects within the Domain in terms of progress, quality, safety, environment and budget, ensuring proper follow up and escalation when required.
  • Perform quality inspections, installation reviews, safety walks and environmental inspections, ensuring compliance with corporate, legal and customer requirements.
  • Promote and maintain safe working environments on site in close cooperation with Health & Safety.
  • Coordinate with H&S the management of site access, certifications, mandatory training, visas and work permits for team members.
  • Manage team development through objective setting, follow up, annual appraisals, mentoring, training and Personal Development Plans.
  • Facilitate and promote the use of tools, processes and systems, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key installation areas.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the installation discipline, ensuring team involvement.
  • Support Purchasing and Project teams by providing installation expertise during project preparation, execution and RFQ processes with installation subcontractors.
  • Participate in OPS Reviews during the sales phase, providing the installation perspective and feasibility input.
  • Contribute to defining the installation team structure, future hiring needs and capacity strategy within the Domain.
  • Collaborate closely with other Installation Team Leaders, Domains and customer centers to ensure operational consistency and best practice sharing.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontracted and external resources, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements.
  • Manage contractor planning, project assignment and performance, ensuring proper integration with internal teams.
  • Manage installation related administration and support quality measurement and reporting processes.

Job Requirements

  • Higher level education in a technical field
  • High level of knowledge of equipment and systems
  • Skilled user of necessary software tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong safety awareness

  • Fluent in Spanish
