We are looking for a dynamic and experienced <\/span><\/span>Team Leader \u2013 International Travel<\/span><\/span><\/b> to lead and manage a team of Travel Specialists while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and smooth travel operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, in\-depth destination and tour package knowledge, excellent customer\-handling skills, and the ability to drive team performance effectively.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

The Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring team productivity, identifying critical operational gaps, supporting team members in issue resolution, and ensuring all customer requirements are addressed efficiently.<\/span><\/span>

  • Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Travel Specialists<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and proper handling of travel inquiries and bookings<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor team performance, productivity, pending tasks, and overall deliverables<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Set operational parameters and ensure work completion within timelines<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify critical areas where the team requires support and provide timely guidance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle escalations, customer concerns, and operational challenges effectively<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure customers receive prompt resolutions and exceptional service experience<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with customers through calls and discussions whenever required<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Guide the team with destination knowledge, travel products, and best industry practices<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Possess strong knowledge of international tour packages and global destinations<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and DMCs<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support the team in handling complex client requirements and customized itineraries (FITS)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure proper follow\-up, closure, and service quality standards are maintained<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Train and onboard new team members effectively<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
