Key\nResponsibilities:<\/b>

  1. Recruitment and Supervision:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/li><\/ol>

    <\/span><\/span><\/span>Recruit, appraise, manage, educate, and monitor\nthe performance of support workers.
    <\/p>

    <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure suitably qualified and experienced\npersonnel are available to carry out quality care for clients.
    <\/p>

    1. Scheduling and Allocation:<\/span><\/b>
      <\/li><\/ol>

      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee the scheduling and allocation of support\nworkers to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
      <\/p>

      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with the onboarding of new support\nworkers.
      <\/p>

      1. Performance and Compliance:<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li><\/ol>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure all KPIs are met in accordance with\nmanagement directives and compliance requirements.
        <\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and submit regular performance and\ncompliance reports to the Client Regional Coordinator.
        <\/p>

        1. Sales and Business Development:<\/span><\/b>
          <\/li><\/ol>

          <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with the Business Development\nCoordinator to meet and exceed sales targets.
          <\/p>

          <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and pursue new business opportunities\nwithin the NDIS sector.
          <\/p>

          1. Client Relationship Management:<\/span><\/b>
            <\/li><\/ol>

            <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain and build relationships with existing\nparticipants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health\nProfessionals.
            <\/p>

            <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the primary point of contact for NDIS\nclients, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
            <\/p>

            1. Client Onboarding and Support:<\/span><\/b>
              <\/li><\/ol>

              <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the initial assessment, intake, and\nonboarding processes for new participants.
              <\/p>

              <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist clients with their NDIS plan, including\ngoal setting, planning, and budget management.
              <\/p>

              1. Administrative Duties:<\/span><\/b>
                <\/li><\/ol>

                <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain clear and accurate records.
                <\/p>

                <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and control a records management service\nfor the receipt, custody, control, preservation, and retrieval of records.
                <\/p>

                1. Internal Audits and Compliance:<\/span><\/b>
                  <\/li><\/ol>

                  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attend existing Supported Independent Living\n(SIL) homes and report findings as part of internal audit processes.
                  <\/p>

                  1. Brand Awareness and Networking:<\/span><\/b>
                    <\/li><\/ol>

                    <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the \u2018face\u2019 of the business, building\nbrand awareness and networking across the disability and community care sector.
                    <\/p>

                    1. On\-call Duties:<\/span><\/b>
                      <\/li><\/ol>

                      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with on\-call and after\-hours duty in a\nscheduled roster.

                        Skills\nand Experience:<\/b>
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Qualifications:<\/b> Relevant three\-year\ndegree with two years of relevant experience; associate diploma with relevant\nexperience; or lesser formal qualifications with substantial years of relevant\nexperience.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience:<\/b> At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or support management within\nthe NDIS sector.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge:<\/b> Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines, statutory requirements\nrelevant to work, and organisational programs, policies, and activities.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Skills:<\/b>
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients\nsimultaneously.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong problem\-solving and conflict resolution\nskills.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leadership and team management skills.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data\nanalysis software.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Specialist\nExpertise:<\/b> Ability to provide specialist expertise or advice in their\nrelevant discipline and supervise various functions within a work area or\nactivities of a complex nature.
                        <\/p>

                        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Time\nManagement:<\/b> Skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning, and\norganising own work and that of lower classified staff and/or volunteers.
