Team Leader Backoffice ICT & HC Sector – DNV Business Assurance Benelux
What will you do?
In this role, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day backoffice operations within the ICT & HC sectors. You ensure that planning, contract management and customer support processes run efficiently and effectively. You lead a team of Customer Coordinators and Planners and work closely with the sectorleade ICT & HC , sales and auditors.
You combine leadership with operational involvement. You provide direction, maintain oversight and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance. At the same time, you ensure high data quality, strong customer satisfaction and optimal resource utilization.
You will work across our Benelux organization and play a key role in connecting teams, stakeholders and processes.
Your responsibilities
Team coordination & coaching
You lead, motivate and develop a team of Customer Coordinators and Planners. You take responsibility for team performance and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Planning & resource management
You monitor and steer the planning process, ensuring optimal utilization of auditors and subcontractors. You anticipate workload fluctuations and take action accordingly.
Contract management & data quality
You ensure timely and accurate handling of contracts, renewals and amendments. You safeguard the quality of project data to support smooth operations across departments.
Customer focus & service excellence
You ensure a high level of service for both internal and external customers. You identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and translate these into concrete actions.
Stakeholder collaboration
You work closely with customers, sales, auditors and other departments, ensuring alignment and strong cooperation.
Analysis & reporting
You prepare reports, monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement. You provide insights and input for operational planning and forecasting.
Continuous improvement
You actively drive improvements in processes, ways of working and team performance, contributing to a more efficient and effective organization.

What do you bring?
Bachelor’s level (HBO) or extensive relevant work experience
Experience in an operational, planning or backoffice environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
A proactive, solution-oriented and service-minded mindset
Commercial awareness and affinity with service delivery
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for team performance
Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple CRM systems
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
