\n We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst / Product Owner (TechBA/PO) with 10+ years of experience in client\-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and backlog management, while also being skilled in Agile methodologies. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving product strategy, and ensuring successful delivery. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.Strong ability to capture client needs, explore solutions, and present effectively in client\-facing settings.\u202f Proven experience in writing user stories, including back\-end feature stories.\u202f Hands\-on experience in backlog creation and maintenance.\u202f Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.\u202f Skilled in creating visual diagrams documenting user flows, validations, and conditional logic.\u202f Strong expertise in release planning, including creating and maintaining release goals.\u202f Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.\u202f Strong written and verbal communication; effective at facilitating discussions across multiple levels.\u202f Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.\u202f Ability to foster transparency, trust, and collaboration across diverse teams.\u202f In\-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (planning, development, QA, change management, release management).<\/span>
