Tech II - IT End User Services
The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve PC, Mac, and Telecom related issues.
- Assist with network and engineering teams when required.
- Function as an escalation point for lower level technicians.
- Mentor and lead other team members.
- Analyze and prioritize incoming issues.
- Provide instruction for procedural and technical issues.
- Work with other departments to come up with solutions to situations.
- Schedule, setup, and organize the IT portion of special events.
- Schedule and organize the IT portion of department moves.
- Maintain and evaluate IT inventory.
- Support and assist Executive staff to issues.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Initiative to see issues through to resolution.
- Strong and professional customer service skills.
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting client PC devices.
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting Hotel and Casino applications.
- Experience with all variety of mobile devices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
