Requirements<\/h3>What You'll Do<\/span>
<\/h2>- Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js.<\/span>
<\/li>- Lead the architecture and development of our MERN\-based SaaS platform.<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop secure REST APIs and backend services powering AI\-driven workflows.<\/span>
<\/li>- Design scalable database schemas using MongoDB.<\/span>
<\/li>- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Design teams.<\/span>
<\/li>- Review code, mentor junior engineers, and establish engineering best practices.<\/span>
<\/li>- Own deployments, debugging, monitoring, and production stability.<\/span>
