Tech Lead Role- SRE (L6)
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Must have
- Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations) � 12+ years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, and distributed systems support
- Linux & Scripting Expertise � Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/Jython scripting
- Monitoring & Observability Tools � Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards
- Java & Application Troubleshooting � Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging
- Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)
- Programming Languages � Exposure to C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby
- Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support , excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasksSupport onboarding and guidance of junior team members
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., BlazeMeter)
- Exposure to payments or real-time transaction systems
- Understanding of DevOps and automation practices
