Tech Sales Manager
Role Overview
The OCI Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team focused on engaging customers and prospects, driving retention and expansion across Oracle's installed base while accelerating the adoption of Infrastructure and AI solutions. This leader will play a strategic role in advancing customers' cloud transformation journeys and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on Oracle's installed customer base.
- Define and execute upsell, cross-sell, and cloud migration strategies to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage pipeline health with strong predictability and forecast accuracy.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Partners, and Technical teams to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
- Act as an executive sponsor for strategic customer accounts.
- Coordinate the development and execution of account plans to drive growth within the installed base.
- Monitor key metrics related to customer retention, expansion, and cloud adoption.
- Drive operational excellence and sales discipline across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading technology and cloud sales teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud consumption models, including IaaS and PaaS.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Experience managing installed-base accounts and customer portfolios.
- Ability to lead consultative sales engagements and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive influence skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of enterprise workloads such as ERP, databases, analytics, and related technologies.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
- Experience working with partners and channel ecosystems.
