Tech Sales Manager

Role Overview

The OCI Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team focused on engaging customers and prospects, driving retention and expansion across Oracle's installed base while accelerating the adoption of Infrastructure and AI solutions. This leader will play a strategic role in advancing customers' cloud transformation journeys and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on Oracle's installed customer base.
  • Define and execute upsell, cross-sell, and cloud migration strategies to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage pipeline health with strong predictability and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Partners, and Technical teams to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for strategic customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of account plans to drive growth within the installed base.
  • Monitor key metrics related to customer retention, expansion, and cloud adoption.
  • Drive operational excellence and sales discipline across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading technology and cloud sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud consumption models, including IaaS and PaaS.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience managing installed-base accounts and customer portfolios.
  • Ability to lead consultative sales engagements and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive influence skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of enterprise workloads such as ERP, databases, analytics, and related technologies.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Experience working with partners and channel ecosystems.
