This is a great project for someone who likes the search behind the search: understanding markets, connecting the dots, finding people others may overlook, and turning complex hiring needs into strong, well-qualified pipelines.

About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer to support some of Docplanner’s most strategic and high-impact senior searches — many of them at Director level.

This role is for someone who gets energy from finding hidden gems: mapping the right talent pools, uncovering non-obvious profiles, engaging exceptional people and helping hiring teams understand what “great” really looks like.

You’ll partner closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech & Product, senior Talent Partners and hiring leaders to identify, engage and pre-screen standout talent across complex, high-value roles.

The focus will be on AI-native and technically complex senior searches across Tech, Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and strategic business roles such as Revenue Technology / Business Systems / GTM Transformation.

This is not about sending profiles over the fence. We’re looking for someone with real sourcing judgment — someone who can understand nuanced search calibration, assess candidates thoughtfully before presenting them, and help us distinguish between “interesting on paper” and genuinely aligned talent.

What you’ll do

  • Build smart sourcing strategies for senior, niche and technically complex searches.

  • Combine LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search logic, AI-assisted research and smart market mapping to uncover high-signal candidates others may miss.

  • Engage passive talent throught outreach that cuts through the noise — personal, relevant and grounded in why the opportunity could genuinely make sense.

  • Lead thoughtful first touchpoints — live or async — to understand motivation, relevance, strengths and what would be useful to explore further.

  • Assess candidates against the actual role calibration, not just keywords or titles.

  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech & Product, Talent Partners and hiring leaders, bringing market insight, candidate intelligence and clear recommendations.

  • Keep the search engine clean and moving: structured data in Ashby, strong follow-through, and a constant focus on quality, momentum and outcomes.

What will set you up for success in this role?

  • Strong experience sourcing senior, niche or complex profiles in technology-led, AI-native, SaaS or transformation environments.

  • Excellent sourcing ability: advanced search, market mapping, talent intelligence, pattern recognition and the ability to find non-obvious talent.

  • High agency, drive and resilience — you move things forward, iterate quickly and stay creative when the search requires more than the obvious route.

  • Strong candidate judgment: you can tell the difference between an impressive profile and a truly relevant one.

  • Confidence engaging senior passive candidates with thoughtful, personalized messaging and clear role storytelling.

  • Curiosity about AI and modern recruiting workflows. We use AI tools to improve research, outreach, profile review, candidate summaries and sourcing productivity — and we´re looking for someone excited to work that way too.
