Job Description

• Report to & assist the main technician who is also one of the safety officers

• Adhere to safe operating procedures

• Install and commissioning of various types of food packaging machine for clients

• Provide packaging trial -runs for food sealing machine

• Perform on-site or in-house servicing, maintenance and repair of clients’ machine when malfunctioning occurs and replace faulty components

• Renew servicing contracts with clients and service their machine

• Keeping track of clients’ machine maintenance record, as well as records of the annual and quarterly servicing contracts and information pertaining to machine breakdowns and diagnosis

• Deliver machinery and goods, hand over documentation (invoices, delivery orders) and collect payment, if applicable

• Provide technical support to clients by communicating with clients through phone calls, messaging or video conferencing over the telephone to help them troubleshoot faulty operations.

• Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the Management (eg assisting the warehouse personnel due to shortage of manpower)

Job Requirements

• ITE certificate holders in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

• Fresh graduates are welcomed

• Preferably possesses a valid class 3 driving license

• Able to carry handle heavy loads using stacker

• Hardworking ,responsible and willing to learn attitude

• Able to work overtime when necessary (OT Claimable)
