<\/p>Role Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h4>The Technical Accounts Executive <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>will play a crucial role in driving the technical side of the sales process, acting as a bridge between prospects/partners and the InstaSafe product portfolio. This individual will conduct on\-site visits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical expertise to help customers and partners understand and adopt InstaSafe\u2019s Zero Trust Security solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>Conduct technical presentations and live product demonstrations of InstaSafe\u2019s Zero Trust solutions at customer and partner sites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Understand customer IT infrastructure and security requirements to provide tailored recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth pre\-sales and post\-demo engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Provide feedback from customer interactions to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Stay updated on InstaSafe\u2019s product portfolio, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Represent InstaSafe at partner meetings, events, and training sessions across the region.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/h4>Technical Foundations:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, VPN, etc.) and familiarity with Linux operating systems and commands.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Solution Presentation:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical audiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Customer Engagement:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Comfortable in face\-to\-face interactions with partners and customers to establish trust and credibility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
