Technical and Service Support Engineer – Air Conditioning (HVAC)

The Service & Technical Engineer leads technical support, service operations, and after‑sales activities across the region, working closely with Channel Partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strong product performance in the field. This role blends deep technical expertise with operational leadership, enabling the engineer to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
Acting as the primary technical interface between customers, partners, engineering teams, and commercial stakeholders, the Service & Technical Engineer ensures that solutions are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with broader business objectives. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the role drives service quality enhancements, develops and delivers technical training programs, supports product reliability initiatives, and ensures that all service processes operate at the highest professional standard.

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
  • Supervise, train, and support service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Diagnose complex AC issues and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities for our brands and systems.
  • Ensure timely response to service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare service reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, strong knowledge of multiple AC brands (Dx Line/VRF).
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and refrigeration principles
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
  • Experience with building management systems
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
  • Experience with system diagnostics software and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
  • Physical ability to perform field work in various environmental conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Organized approach to documentation and record-keeping
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple service calls.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Valid HVAC diploma/degree .
  • Domestic and international travel required
  • Frequent travel to Pakistan
