We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. This is a hands\-on leadership role where you will research, design, and prototype state\-of\-the\-art models, and guide the development of our flagship AI assets. You will be responsible for the end\-to\-end ML lifecycle, from strategy to production deployment (MLOps), and will be a key player in our go\-to\-market activities. Your ability to demystify complex AI concepts for a non\-technical audience will be essential and must have skill.<\/span>

AI/ML Strategy & Solution Architecture: <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Research, design, and prototype state\-of\-the\-art AI/ML and Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models) to address complex business challenges.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Architect end\-to\-end ML pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Design cloud\-native, scalable, and cost\-optimized AI solutions for deployment on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Make strategic build\-vs\-buy decisions and select the right frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Use experience with Multi Model RAG based solution development & Agentic AI based solution approaches. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Hands\-on Development & Leadership:<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • Lead by example: write production\-quality code, build and tune models, and troubleshoot complex issues within the data and ML stack.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Own the entire ML lifecycle, ensuring best practices in reproducibility, versioning (e.g., MLflow, DVC), and model governance.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Collaborate closely with the Cloud/DevOps Architect to integrate AI workloads seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      Mentorship & Team Development:<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      • Serve as the primary technical mentor for interns and junior data scientists, providing guidance on projects, code reviews, and research methodologies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning by conducting workshops on advanced AI topics, ethical AI, and new technologies.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Translate complex AI concepts into actionable tasks for the team.<\/span>

        Pre\-Sales & Market Evangelism:<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/div>
        • Act as the key AI expert during pre\-sales, demonstrating the technical superiority and value of our AI solutions to potential customers and partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Architect and deliver compelling proof\-of\-concepts (POCs) and demos that showcase practical applications.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Create high\-quality technical content (whitepapers, architecture diagrams, blog posts) to articulate the innovation behind our marketplace offerings.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Present solutions confidently to both technical and non\-technical audiences, supporting the sales cycle.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Required Experience and Education:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • 5\-10 years of hands\-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with at least 3 years in an architect or tech lead role.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Bachelor's Degree preferred.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • A proven track record of building, training, tuning, and deploying machine learning models into production environments.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Deep, practical experience with Generative AI, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and fine\-tuning.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Strong proficiency in Python and its core ML ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, matplotlib). Scala, GO experience is an added advantage.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Experience in building AI solutions which follow, \u201csecure by design\u201d principles, including data encryption, privacy\-preserving ML techniques, vulnerability scanning, and compliance readiness (SOC2, FedRAMP).<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Extensive experience with cloud AI platforms: AWS SageMaker and/or GCP Vertex AI.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Experience with data engineering and processing large datasets (SQL, Spark, Leetcode, Strata Scratch).<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Ideal Candidate Will Also Have:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>

            • Direct experience packaging and launching solutions on the AWS Marketplace and/or GCP Marketplace. <\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Published research, contributions to open\-source AI projects, or a strong portfolio of personal projects.<\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience in a customer\-facing pre\-sales or consulting role.<\/span>

            • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning \u2013 Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer).<\/span>
