We\u2019re seeking a <\/span>Salesforce Solution Architect<\/b> <\/span>(Contract)<\/b> <\/span>to play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimising Salesforce solutions across enterprise\-scale, public sector, and commercial projects.

This role will suit someone who enjoys blending <\/span>technical architecture with client leadership<\/b>, thrives in complex multi\-cloud environments, and is passionate about helping organisations achieve impact through technology.

You\u2019ll act as a trusted advisor to clients \u2014 particularly within Health, Education and wider public sector ecosystem \u2014 providing architectural leadership across multi\-cloud, enterprise level engagements.

What You\u2019ll Do<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Architect and deliver scalable, high\-quality Salesforce solutions that meet client and OSF standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
    <\/li>
  • Lead technical solutioning across <\/span>Service Cloud<\/b>, <\/span>OmniStudio<\/b>, and DevOps pipelines.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with both business and technical objectives.
    <\/li>
  • Define and document architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and system designs.
    <\/li>
  • Provide technical oversight during implementation, testing, and deployment.
    <\/li>
  • Contribute to pre\-sales discussions and solution scoping with business stakeholders.
    <\/li>
  • Mentor and support consultants, fostering capability growth across the Wellington team.
    <\/li>
  • Identify cross\-sell and up\-sell opportunities and support OSF\u2019s continuous improvement initiatives.

    Your Profile<\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>


    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • 3+ years\u2019 <\/span>hands\-on Salesforce architecture<\/b> <\/span>experience, with 10+ years overall in technical delivery or development.
      <\/li>
    • Experience designing and implementing complex solutions for large scale Salesforce integration.
      <\/li>
    • Solid understanding of <\/span>DevOps principles<\/b>, CI/CD pipelines, and integration best practices.
      <\/li>
    • Strong consulting and client\-facing skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations confidently.
      <\/li>
    • Experience working within the <\/span>public sector<\/b> <\/span>or Health environment (highly regarded but not essential).
      <\/li>
    • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, or App Builder).
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      <\/li>
    • A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and building strong team culture.
