Technical Architect (Java)

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with 15\u201320 years of experience and strong <\/span><\/span>expertise<\/span> <\/span>in backend technologies such as Java, Golang, or similar, along with deep knowledge of AWS and Database Design.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

The ideal candidate will <\/span><\/span>be responsible for<\/span> <\/span>defining scalable backend architectures, driving cloud strategy, and providing technical leadership across projects. This role demands strong architectural vision, hands\-on <\/span><\/span>expertise<\/span>, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Design end\-to\-end backend and cloud architecture using modern backend technologies <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
- Define and own database architecture, including schema design and performance optimization <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
  - Architect scalable, secure, and high\-availability solutions on AWS <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Review existing systems and recommend modernization and optimization strategies <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Provide<\/span> <\/span>technical leadership, architectural guidance, and governance across teams <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Ensure best practices in system design, security, scalability, and performance <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Drive adoption of microservices architecture and distributed systems design <\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    Oversee CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices <\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    15\u201320 years of overall IT experience with strong backend architecture <\/span><\/span>expertise<\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Strong hands\-on experience in Java, Golang, or any backend technology <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Deep <\/span><\/span>expertise<\/span> <\/span>in Database Design (SQL and NoSQL) <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and IAM <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Hands\-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Good understanding of application security and cloud best practices <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Excellent problem\-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
