TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (MOBILE APPS DEV)

At Zensar Technologies Limited, we are looking for an experienced Mobile Architect to join our team and drive the creation of innovative mobile solutions. The successful candidate will define the mobile architecture strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure secure and compliant mobile applications. With a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud integration, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient and provider experiences.

• Define and lead the mobile architecture strategy, aligning with Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.
• Design and develop end-to-end mobile solutions, integrating with Salesforce and external systems.
• Lead the development of iOS and Android mobile applications, utilizing native or cross-platform frameworks.
• Ensure secure data handling and compliance, especially with HIPAA and PHI protection.
• Architect API integrations between mobile apps and Salesforce, employing REST and middleware technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable mobile solutions, collaborating with architects and developers.
• Establish best practices for performance, offline functionality, and an exceptional user experience.
• Guide teams on mobile DevOps, CI/CD practices, and release management processes.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and frameworks, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

• 13+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile architecture and development.
• Proven expertise in integrating mobile apps with Salesforce, particularly Health Cloud or Service Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile frameworks, including iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter.
• Experience with API design, integration patterns, and middleware platforms for seamless data exchange.
• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, APIs, and security framework to ensure secure integrations.
• Experience in designing secure healthcare applications, adhering to HIPAA compliance standards.
• Proficiency in scalable architecture, performance optimization, and offline-first design patterns.
• Familiarity with Healthcare or Life Sciences domain is an advantage, along with exposure to FHIR/HL7 standards.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Application or System Architect, are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
