\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review Group financial statements, management\naccounts, and performance reports prior to the CFO\u2019s review, ensuring\ncompleteness, accuracy, and clarity of key narratives

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify financial trends, emerging risks,\nvariances, and anomalies across business units and provide actionable insights
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare\nconcise executive briefing notes to support the CFO\u2019s decision\-making
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\ninvestment appraisals, CAPEX evaluations, and return\-on\-investment analysis

Reporting & Board Materials<\/b>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nthe preparation and consolidation of monthly Group performance packs across\nMatrix subsidiaries. <\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare\nBoard, Executive Committee, and Investor financial presentations in alignment\nwith the CFO\u2019s expectations
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\nKPI performance across subsidiaries and ensure alignment with Group financial\nobjectives
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strengthen reporting templates, dashboards, and\nmanagement reporting frameworks for enhanced decision support

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\ndata integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all financial reports and\npresentations
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Liaise\nwith Finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of reports\nand alignment on reporting standards

Treasury & Risk Management\nSupport<\/b>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor\nGroup cash position, liquidity forecasts, and debt obligations to support\ntreasury oversight

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\nFX exposure, loan covenants, and compliance requirements, flagging potential\nrisks proactively
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain\nand update the enterprise risk register, supporting the CFO in ERM reporting

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow\nup on risk mitigation actions with business units and ensure accountability for\nimplementation

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor\nand follow up on action points arising from Board/Executive leadership meetings

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\ncross\-subsidiary financial alignment, governance, and standardization of\nfinance processes
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act\nas a liaison between the CFO and internal stakeholders to ensure timely\nexecution of finance priorities

Requirements<\/h3>

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting,\nEconomics, or a related discipline
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Chartered\nAccountant (ACA/ACCA) or actively pursuing CFA is required
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>5\-8\nyears of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience\nin corporate finance, FP&A, strategy, or transaction advisory is preferred.
