Technical Business Analyst.

Top Skills/Must Haves:

  • Advanced Excel skills – Creating Pivot Tables, etc..
  • Claims Processing industry knowledge
  • PL/SQL or Oracle or Toad experience – strong but don’t have to be Advanced
  • Tableau – Not Advanced but need to have some experience working with it.
  • Working with the Business – this role is 80% Technical but it is still a BA and they will still be working with the Business/Executives

Job Description:

Experience with reporting

Experience with relationship management

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to manage/prioritize multiple complex tasks

Ability to successfully multitask and escalate as needed

Excellent time management skills

Attention to detail

Ability to resolve technical issues

Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL ( highly preferred)

Need experience with query based tool, for example: TOAD

Provide analytical support in synthesizing and reporting results

20% of this position the candidate will be querying data.

Need strong Business requirements experience ( but they will not be documenting requirements, just reviewing )

Need to have 5 + years of experience

Mortgage Industry/Finance background preferred

** I need a high level BA who is a self-starter and can work on their own to accomplish just about anything I put in front of them


Educational Background: Degree – Preferred

  1. Good comm skills are a big priority
  2. Duration: 6+ Months
  3. Phone+F2F
