The <\/span><\/span>Technical Client Success Associate<\/span><\/span><\/b> is an entry\-level role designed for recent graduates or early\-career\nprofessionals who are eager to build a career at the intersection of\ntechnology, SEO, AEO and enterprise client success. This is a\nstructured learning role \u2014 you will be immersed in the day\-to\-day work of our\nsenior Technical Client Success Managers, gaining hands\-on exposure to the full\nclient lifecycle across our SEO Automation platform. <\/span>

Learning & Shadowing<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Shadow senior TCSMs on live client calls, onboarding\nsessions, platform demos, and quarterly business reviews<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Observe how TCSMs diagnose technical platform issues,\nescalate internally, and communicate resolutions to clients<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Attend cross\-functional team meetings with Product,\nTechnical Services, Sales, and Professional Services to understand each team's\nrole in client success<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Participate in a structured onboarding curriculum covering\nthe seoClarity platform, SEO fundamentals, and our client success methodology<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Supporting Senior TCSMs<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Assist with preparation of client\-facing materials including\npresentations, training guides, and health check reports<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Help maintain accurate client records, activity logs, and\ntask tracking across CRM and project management tools<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Support data analysis projects using Excel and Google\nAnalytics, creating custom reports for enterprise clients<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Contribute to email campaigns, client surveys, and\nrelationship\-nurturing outreach under TCSM guidance<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Review client requests and work with TCSMs in setting up\nTechnical Optimizations and Split Tests for clients in the seoClarity platform<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Building Platform & Technical Knowledge<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Develop deep familiarity with the seoClarity SEO Automation\nplatform through self\-directed study and structured training<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Learn to articulate platform functionality, technical\nconcepts, and implementation best practices to both technical and non\-technical\naudiences<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Assist with configuration and setup tasks for new and\nexisting client implementations<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • 4\-year BA/BS degree (any discipline; Marketing,\nBusiness, Communications, or Computer Science preferred
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Excellent written and verbal communication\nskills \u2014 you can explain complex ideas clearly and confidently
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with\nsolid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data formatting)
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Comfortable presenting or speaking in front of\nan audience
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Strong organizational skills and a high\nattention to detail<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Genuine curiosity about technology, digital\nmarketing, and how search engines work<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Basic Understanding of HTML<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          Preferred<\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/div>
          • Internship or\nproject experience in marketing, customer success, account management, or a\ntech\-related field

          • Exposure to\nanalytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)

          • Familiarity\nwith SEO concepts or content optimization
