Technical Director, Architecture & Planning

Basic Salary upto $18,000

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Architecture & Planning division, ensuring successful project delivery and operational excellence.
Oversee architectural design, project management, and multidisciplinary coordination for building projects.
Drive business development activities and secure new project opportunities.
Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and financial performance.
Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentorship to architectural teams.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore.
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural consultancy and project management.
Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
