Technical Engineer

Support project execution through accurate BOQ and material estimation.
Perform structural calculations using specialized engineering software.
Prepare technical documents, reports, and submittals in line with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate closely with field teams and other core business units.
Communicate engineering solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Promote design service charges where applicable.
Apply a solution-oriented approach to project challenges.
Quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and engineering processes

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced product knowledge and hands-on experience (e.g., Fixperience)
- Proficiency in RSTAB, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Naviswork, BIM-Revit, and Planshift
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses, read DWG details, and interpret technical specifications and compliance statements.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Regulation & Code Awareness:
Deep understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project & Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively, meet service level agreements, and work under tight deadlines.
Engineering Judgment:
Sound decision-making skills and a solution-oriented approach to address project challenges.
Maximum 3 years of experience in relevant fields
Residence in Istanbul or willingness to relocate
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed
Completed military service (for male candidates)
