Technical Executive (School) & (Commercial Industry) - Various location!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations and maintenance of the premises
• Supervise contractors in carrying out maintenance and repair works.
• Investigate and troubleshoot reported faults and breakdowns.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
• Follow up with contractors on maintenance and defect rectification works.
• Assist in upgrading or improvement projects when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
• Entry candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
• Experience in building or facilities maintenance will be an advantage.
