Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

Act as a techno\-functional consultant and provide recommendations on process to Leegality's Enterprise clients for Consentin \- Both On\-premise deployments or SaaS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Configure and manage client\u2019s use of Leegality Consentin; Assist and Train clients to do it on their own.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive client go\-live with the least Time to Value.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/ul>
1\-3 years of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Previous experience in Pre\-Sales or Technical implementation would be strongly preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment workflows would be strongly preferred.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of infrastructure components such as databases, queues, API gateways, firewalls, etc., would be strongly preferred.
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in on\-prem deployments would be strongly preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
