Technical Inside Sales Specialist

  • Provide proposal/quote for customized projects by focusing on in-depth understanding of customer needs, formulating and effective analytical solution for it and further provide a quote with statement of work.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop customer opportunities into larger engagements via technical sales and relationship building.
  • Maintains direct contact with customers and help to understand and develop specific value proposals for target customers.
  • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with clients, which can substantially affect service and revenue.
  • Focus of work may be in pre-sale and/or post-sale.
  • Develop technical knowledge of broad range of analytical methods.
  • B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent in education and experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be proficient communicator and listener
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work individually and part of a team
  • Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to handle multiple-functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.

Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm with flexibility. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of St. Louis, MO are encouraged to apply.
