Technical Lead ( AS 400 )

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support AS400 application development and de-migration initiatives in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AS400 de-migration and application enhancement projects.
• Analyse and maintain RPG/RPGLE, COBOL/400, CL/CLLE programs and DB2/400 databases.
• Manage batch jobs, file transfers, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC and change management processes.
• Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver project objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in AS400/IBM i development and support.
• Strong experience in RPG/RPGLE, COBOL/400, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
